"Allie was great! She helped me navigate switching over my home owners insurance and auto insurance. She was kind and patient while I asked a ton of questions which I appreciated. Would recommend her to anyone. :-) Update: After being with State Farm for several months and working with Cathy Garcia, I am completely disappointed in how I was treated today. When my auto insurance rate increased, I was repeatedly told it was due to “billing/system issues,” something I’ve heard since August when I first joined. Now I’m being charged an additional $90 because my Drive Safe beacon supposedly wasn’t set up in time, despite being told I had until a specific date to register. That information was clearly incorrect. When I brought this up, the response I received was, verbatim, “I would say to bring it up with Rebecca, but she is no longer here.” I’m sorry, but what type of response is that? I was given inaccurate information, and I’m expected to just accept a $90 increase because the person who misinformed me is gone? To make matters worse, I was then told, “We’ll have a better idea in February of what your actual payments will look like.” Why would I want an estimate after being assured my premium would be around $427, not $546? This experience has been completely unacceptable, and the lack of accountability is extremely frustrating!"
