"Awful experience unfortunately, I was told I would be able to change things and add cars on the app - not true. When I spoke with the staff at this location most were very nice but one guy in specific treated me very poorly when I wanted to add a truck for a couple days and wouldn't let me. And spoke with him again when I wanted to cancel, he wouldn't let me and said they wanted to see my offer from the other insurance, I hung up and spoke with someone else who let me cancel. Very unfortunate."
